Each product page includes a detailed size guide with UK, EU, and US conversions plus body measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend booking a consultation for a personalised fit recommendation.
We deliver within Lagos in 24–72 hours, outside Lagos in 4–5 working days, and across Kenya (within and outside Nairobi) within 24 hours — with our Kilimani store at Kilimani Mall, Shop F08, Tigoni Rd. Destinations outside Nigeria and Kenya are handled via an international shipping quote at checkout.
Items may be exchanged in-store or returned within 5 days for store credit, provided they are unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Made-to-order pieces are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Our consultations are relaxed, one-on-one sessions where we discuss your style, occasion, and fit preferences. You can book online or visit us in Lagos or at our Kenya store in Kilimani Mall, Shop F08, Tigoni Rd. We will help you select pieces and answer any questions about fabric, care, and alterations.
Care instructions are listed on every product page. Most silk and organza pieces are dry clean only. Cotton and jersey blends may be gently hand washed. Always refer to the care label inside your garment.
Select styles are made to order and typically ship within 7–10 business days. This will be noted on the product page before you add to cart. We will keep you updated on production and dispatch.
