Domestic shipping (Nigeria & Kenya)
- We deliver within Lagos, across Nigeria, and across Kenya. Our Kenya store is at Kilimani Mall, Shop F08, Tigoni Rd, Kilimani.
- Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of all returns and exchanges.
International shipping
- Destinations outside Nigeria and Kenya are fulfilled via an international shipping quote.
- For international orders, import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility, based on the tax laws of the resident country.
Order cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
Return shipping
- TORYV TRIBE does not provide return labels, and all logistics costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
- Returns must be made to 12 Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria.
